Very happy to assist our friends at the Pelican Bay Apartments in Pasco County with coming up with some much needed paint schemes to help make the dated pink exterior a little more current. Although plans to update the exterior facades are in place, including replacing all the railing and windows, sometimes just starting with the basics can really make a big difference.
