new conceptual design for a single story condo on Casey Key. The owner was looking to raise the existing rear (Gulf Side) of the unit's low 7'-6" ceiling to 8'-0" and gain an observation deck for viewing the sunset. We raised the lower ceiling to 9'-0" and added a loft with 9'-0" ceilings as well.
By removing a portion of the roof, adding a square spiral staircase and adding a loft, this is what we've come up with! Now for the powers that be to give their blessings... #CADG#coastalarchitecturedg
