Sometimes a simple facade improvement can really snazzy up a building in our community. For years I've driven by this property thinking how nice it could be with just some simple minor tweaks. We finally had the opportunity to help a new owner make some changes and get this building back to its full potential! We are excited to be called upon to help create a new look for this building and get it a little more up to date! For this project, we added a new enlarged entry and replaced all of the old existing aluminum storefront with new hurricane rated / impact resistant glazing, added a few sun shades to keep that blistering west sun at bay and a new rainscreen Trespa panel system to give it some flare. We are more than excited to see this project come to life!
